Made with Solpresso Coffee Paste
Ingredients
Makes one glass
5-7 g Solpresso coffee paste (adjust to taste)
200 ml Cold milk
30 ml water to dissolve
1 tbsp Chocolate syrup
Handful Ice cubes
To top Chocolate shavings optional
Method
Five steps, about five minutes

Dissolve the coffee
Mix the coffee paste with 30 ml water until fully dissolved.

Add the chocolate
Stir the chocolate syrup into the coffee until smooth.

Fill the glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Pour the milk
Pour in the cold milk, then slowly add the coffee and chocolate mixture.

Stir and serve
Stir well and top with chocolate shavings if you like.
Tip: Pour the coffee over the back of a spoon for a layered look, then stir before the first sip.
