Made with Solpresso Coffee Paste
Ingredients
Makes one glass
5-7 g Solpresso coffee paste (adjust to taste)
200 ml Cold milk
30 ml water (to dissolve the paste)
10 ml Vanilla syrup
As needed Ice cubes
Method
Five simple steps, about five minutes

Dissolve the coffee
Mix the Solpresso coffee paste with 30 ml warm water until fully dissolved.

Add the vanilla
Stir in 10 ml vanilla syrup until well combined with the coffee.

Fill the glass
Fill a tall serving glass with ice cubes.

Pour the milk
Pour in the cold milk, then slowly add the coffee and vanilla mixture.

Stir and serve
Stir gently to combine all the flavours and serve chilled.
Tip: For a beautiful layered vanilla latte, pour the coffee mixture slowly over the milk and ice. Stir just before drinking.
